Ta Ra Raaaaa

Ta ra rum pum is keeping cinema halls relatively full for the next two weeks at least. Take that from me. Saif and Rani at their best, NASCAR and adapted screenplay- Remember the ant and cricket fable? ‘Work hard today and save for tomorrow’? This is one movie that has something for everyone to watch.

Saif is a pit crew member at NASCAR and a happy-go-lucky chap. Rani is a pianist with a pink iPod (Wonder where she got it from).Their encounter is followed by a series of fortunate and unfortunate events. Rani’s iPod goes caput, Saif enters NASCAR as a rookie(Its another story that the guy doesn’t follow the rules of car racing even after working as the pit crew for over 10 years). They meet, they marry, and they have kids; a big house and a car taken on a loan, which Saif intends to pay in installments.

Saif rules the game, until another rookie throws him off the tracks in a spectacular triple somersault accident. Saif takes a year off, to recover from the physical illness, but re enters the track, still hunted by the accident, which stops him from reaching the finishing line (only in the last lap). So hes’ chucked, oops! Not by Rani, but by his boss...The rest of the story is……………..well quite entertaining. Why not go and watch it!

Well, if any of you’ve seen Cruise-Kidman starrer days of thunder, cars and another movie (Hollywood, Bollywood, Tollywood... whatever) you could come up with a similar script. Saif rules with Chevrolet (which has its two players top the recent NASCAR) Aveo; and the movie with its cast, all of whom can act. ALL in all a good bargain!
